It all started when I returned to the club where I practiced sailing; the first impact at the sight of those old sails made me imagine a story. I was in Puglia, at the beginning of January, and I started looking for factories and distributors that use this kind of materials; once I met the largest supplier in southern Italy, I explain to him the project that aims to reuse large pieces of fabric that are no longer usable. The Montefusco group was enthusiastic, saying they would talk about the recycling in fashion issue shortly thereafter.

To begin the study of these materials, I decided to involve 5 young people from the best academies in Rome and one colleague from Berlin ; with them in addition to make an archive with the technical schedule of all the fabrics afterwords we will develop the technical characteristic in parallel with the design and aesthetic approach , with the aim of bringing a first collection of products by end of October 2022 with an exhibition of the project at Suede store , the most important streetwear retailer in Rome.
